Staff Nurse(CCU/ MICU/CTVS ICU)

Role & responsibilities:-

• Evaluate and monitor the patients progress.
• Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patients medical condition.
• Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members.
• Begin treatment and monitor doses.
• If necessary, respond to a medical emergency and alert the appropriate doctors.
• Complete all necessary paperwork before transferring a patient.
• Maintain patient records.
• Create and implement effective care plans.
• Requirements:-
• Valid nursing license in the respective state or region.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU, MICU, CCU, or CTVS ICU setting.
• Strong understanding of intensive care protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Sc. Nursing/ GNM with Registration and having Minimum 2 Years experience in working as Staff Nurse.
