Position Title: Staff Nurse Trainee

Position Summary:

To provide quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and senior medical staff, while gaining practical experience and developing clinical skills required for independent nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist senior nursing staff in providing patient care as per hospital standards and protocols.

* Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and patient condition changes.

* Support in administering medications and injections under supervision.

* Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and treatments.

* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards in wards.

* Help in preparing and maintaining patient records and reports.

* Ensure proper handling of medical equipment and instruments.

* Provide emotional support and basic patient education to patients and attendants.

* Participate in training programs, clinical sessions, and evaluations as scheduled.

* Report any unusual incidents or emergencies to the nursing in-charge immediately.

Pay: From ₹3,000.00 per month
