Description We are looking for a skilled Staff Nurse to join our team. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing care to patients in a hospital or clinical setting. You will be working with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality care for patients. The ideal candidate will have 3-9 years of experience in the healthcare industry and possess the necessary qualifications and certifications. Responsibilities Assess patients conditions and chart their medical histories Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and record vital signs and medical information Assist physicians and healthcare professionals in diagnostic procedures Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatment plans Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans Maintain accurate and complete patient records Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent qualification Minimum of 3-9 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting Registered Nurse (RN) certification Valid state nursing license Experience in administering medications and treatments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
