Job Description

Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records, reports, and documentation.
Monitor and report any changes in the patient’s condition to the physician/concerned authority.
Ensure infection control practices and safety protocols are followed at all times.
Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies required for patient care.
Respond promptly and effectively during medical emergencies.
Support and guide junior nurses, nursing assistants, and trainees as required.
Participate in regular training and professional development activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
