Staff Nurse - Porur Clinic

• Patient Care: Administering medications, monitoring vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration), providing wound care, and managing medical equipment.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient medical histories, treatments, and progress.
• Collaboration: Working with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Education: Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
• Triage and Assessment: Assessing patients' conditions, determining the urgency of their needs, and prioritizing care.
• Procedures: Assisting with or performing various medical procedures, such as injections, vaccinations, and basic diagnostic tests.
• Clinic Operations: Ensuring the clinic environment is clean, well-stocked, and organized for efficient patient care.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining patient records, including both physical and digital formats, and filing regulatory forms.
• Inventory Management: Tracking and managing supplies of medications, equipment, and other necessary items.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
