Staff Nurse MICU & WARD

We are seeking experienced and skilled Staff Nurses to join our team in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) and Ward. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with the healthcare team, and demonstrate expertise in critical care nursing.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in critical care/MICU or ward

• Kerala Registration

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, and develop individualized care plans.

2. Monitoring and Intervention: Continuously monitor patients' vital signs, neurological status, and other relevant parameters, intervening promptly in case of any deterioration.

3. Medication Administration: Administer medications safely and accurately, following hospital policies and procedures.

4. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and nursing interventions.

6. Education: Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay updated on best practices in critical care nursing.

Requirements:

1. Education: BSc Nursing or General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) degree from a recognized institution.
