Staff Nurse (Labour Room)

Patient Assessment and Monitoring: Continuously assess patients' physiological status, including vital signs, oxygen saturation, and neurological function. Management of Life-Support Equipment: Operate and monitor ventilators, dialysis machines, and other advanced equipment. Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Emergency Response: Rapidly respond to medical emergencies, including code situations, and initiate appropriate interventions. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, including doctors, surgeons, and respiratory therapists. Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including medication administration, vital signs, and interventions. Care Planning: Participate in developing and implementing patient care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure individualized care. Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients and families regarding their condition, treatment, and prognosis. Continuous Improvement: Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and safety.
