Monitor and record patients' vitals, symptoms, and medical histories, and communicate changes to the healthcare team promptly. Assist in medical procedures within the Operating Theatre, ensuring adherence to sterile techniques and patient safety. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans and execute treatment protocols efficiently. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors, observing any potential side effects or reactions. Educate patients and their families about ongoing medical procedures and post-discharge care, fostering understanding and compliance. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
