Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining patient records.
2. Assessment and Planning: Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
3. Therapeutic Interventions: Assist with therapeutic interventions, such as counseling, group therapy, and educational programs.
4. Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, therapists, and counselors, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
5. Patient Education: Educate patients and families on healthy habits, disease management, and relapse prevention strategies.
6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication administration and treatment plans.
7. Centre Operations: Participate in centre operations, including maintaining a safe and clean environment.
