Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :-

·Ensure accurate documentation in nursing assessment sheet, pre and post-operative documents, intake output chart, ER chart, ICU chart etc.

Participate in consultant rounds and assist by giving relevant information based on nursing assessment/reassessment and observations.
Provide professional nursing care with an assigned unit according to established standards and procedures.
Observes and records signs, symptoms and behaviors including the physiological status of patients reports, assessment changes to the concerned authority.
Takes the nursing history, summarizes data and states nursing diagnoses / patient care needs.
Accurately records and reports incidents.
Ensure strict infection control protocol and bio-waste guidelines to be followed for 24x7.
Ensure smooth functioning of admission, discharge and transfer procedures and assists others with patients activities and care with collaborative manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

GNM/B.Sc. Nursing with 1- 2 years of experience in ICU.
Cardiac ICU experience preferred.
