Staff Nurse - Home Care

The Staff Nurse in Homecare is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. You will be required to conduct comprehensive nursing assessments of patients in their home environment, develop and implement personalized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patients" conditions, provide various nursing procedures, educate patients and caregivers, maintain accurate clinical records, ensure infection control and safety standards, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and support patients and families emotionally. The role demands strong clinical judgment, compassion, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams. Home visits will be conducted in a variety of residential settings, and you should be prepared for flexible work hours, potentially including evenings, weekends, or holidays based on patient needs.
