Staff Nurse

To adhere to Hospital and Nursing department policies, key objectives and process compliance to provide Quality Patient care

Accountable to deliver quality Nursing Care, clinical excellence, and key performance as desired by reporting Managers

To provide clean, hygienic and safe environment adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals |hospital policies | NABH regulatory standards

To analyze and provide Critical care, total patient care needs from admission through discharge | Consultations |Investigations.

To engage and interact effectively with physicians, patients, visitors and inter departments for bedside procedures, shifting process and consultations with various units/Clinical experts

To Co-ordinate with ward secretary regarding admissions, discharges and billing activities

To have thorough knowledge and understanding of critical values and dosages of medicines as mentioned in Case sheet and prescriptions. Communicate the same to Patients/Attenders

To engage with Patients to prepare them for surgical | investigation procedures. Analyze discomfort, pain and other vital signs and report immediately

Accountable for stock consumables, Linen, medicines, drugs and medical equipment and refill on time to avoid stock out situations

To follow shift take over and hand over process as per protocols, adapt to assigned wards and provide adequate care. Maintain registers, documentation standards to update relevant records

To improve consistently on Quality Indicators and Nursing excellence parameters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
