Role Overview: As a nurse in the Gynaecology ward, your main responsibility will be to provide professional nursing care to patients. You will be assisting with antenatal, postnatal, and surgical care, monitoring patient conditions, documenting observations, and collaborating with doctors and the medical team to implement care plans.
