Position Overview

Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and treatment goals.
Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately in medical records.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
Assist in the management of medical equipment and ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) certification with a valid nursing license.
1 to 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
Strong skills in patient care, treatment writing, care planning, and patient assessment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
