Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and treatment goals.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
• Assist in the management of medical equipment and ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) certification with a valid nursing license.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
• Strong skills in patient care, treatment writing, care planning, and patient assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care and advocating for patients' needs.
