Staff Nurse

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at Aster Hospital in Ibri. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing services and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care strategies that meet patient needs.
• Monitor patient vital signs, report changes to the healthcare team, and respond to emergency situations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to infection control policies and promoting patient safety.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in nursing care.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; relevant certifications such as BSc Nursing or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in nursing services, preferably in a hospital setting, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Possess strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
