Staff Nurse

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our skin and hair clinic. The ideal candidate will assist dermatologists and trichologists in providing safe, effective, and high-quality patient care. This role includes supporting various clinical procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining strict hygiene and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors with dermatological and aesthetic procedures (e.g., laser treatments, PRP, microneedling, chemical peels, etc.)
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure all equipment is ready and safe for use
• Educate patients about pre- and post-treatment care and answer any concerns or queries
• Administer medications, injections, or IV therapy as directed by the physician
• Monitor patient vitals and document medical histories accurately
• Maintain patient records and treatment documentation
• Follow infection control procedures and maintain a clean, clinical environment
• Handle emergencies calmly and efficiently, reporting any complications to the doctor immediately
• Assist in inventory management of medical supplies and skincare products
• Provide emotional support to patients and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (GNM/BSc Nursing)
• Valid nursing license/registration with the appropriate state nursing council
• Previous experience in dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic nursing is preferred
• Basic knowledge of common skin and hair treatments
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional clinic environment
• Attention to detail and excellent hygiene practices
• Flexible and a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
