Staff Front End Engineer

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at OOLIO, you will be responsible for leading AI-driven workflow enablement, optimizing build and test cycles for React codebases, defining high standards for testing, driving open API design alignment, and making engineering decisions that balance velocity and scale. You will have the opportunity to own developer velocity, CI/CD processes, and contribute to the high scalability features of our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of software development experience, with a focus on product-based (SAAS) companies. You should possess deep expertise in modern React frontend development, experience in fast-paced environments and startups, and a strong command of CI/CD, dev environment tooling, and reproducible builds. Additionally, proficiency in Kubernetes, AI development tools, open API specs, and demonstrated open-source contributions are highly valued.
