Job Description

Role Responsibilities: Participate in design, development for Fuel Cell Conduct accurate flow thermal analysis of cell/column/enclosures Translate complex problems to models Utilize model prediction to evaluate/explore options, and provide inputs for design Manage and execute flow analysis, with handbook calculations as well as CFD tools Publish reports and present modeling results on a regular basis Education Experience: MS/PhD in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering with background in applied CFD Strong understanding of the fundamentals of Fluid Mechanics and Heat Mass Transfer 4 years of experience in using CFD software packages, at least 2 years in industry/ product development Proficient in ANSYS Spaceclaim, Mesher, Fluent (must, at least 2 years)- from preprocessing to postprocessing Experience with complex flow thermal problems, involving all modes of heat transfer Prior experience in thermal testing is a plus Ability to translate real world problem to CFD with efficient modeling approach Experience in writing User defined functions is a plus Manage multiple projects and deliver in a timely manner, with minimum guidance Analyze thermal test data, for model/performance validation Ability to learn new application areas Highly motivated and a team player Excellent communication skills
