Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Social Media & Digital Marketing Professional with demonstrated experience in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will lead the development, execution, and optimization of cross-platform digital campaigns that drive measurable growth, engagement, and brand equity. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and lead end-to-end social media strategies aligned with U.S. market dynamics, brand objectives, and consumer behavior trends. Build and execute full-funnel digital campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube . Handling Internship programs and getting results driven outputs from interns. Advanced Content Development: Oversee the creation of data-driven, platform-specific content calendars and creative assets (text, graphics, video). Collaborate with creative and design teams to produce culturally relevant and visually compelling content that resonates with U.S. audiences. Paid Media & Performance Marketing: Plan, manage, and optimize performance-based campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager , Google Ads , and LinkedIn Ads , focusing on CAC, ROAS, and conversion goals. Perform A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimizations to increase ad effectiveness and reduce acquisition costs. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and interpret social and digital KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics , Meta Business Suite , GA4 , and native platform insights . Deliver regular reports with actionable insights, using data to iterate on strategies and improve campaign outcomes. AI & Automation Integration: Leverage AI tools and automation (e.g., chatbots, scheduling tools, predictive analytics) to streamline campaign management and enhance customer experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align digital strategies with business objectives, campaign messaging, and GTM efforts. Provide strategic input for integrated campaigns including email marketing, SEO, and influencer collaborations. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: 4 to 8 years in digital marketing with proven success in social media strategy and performance marketing within the U.S. market . Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of U.S. digital trends, audience behaviors, and platform algorithms. Content Fluency: Strong creative and editorial judgment with the ability to craft impactful narratives across media types. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in tools such as: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEO Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite/Buffer/Sprout Social CRM and email tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into strategic recommendations. Preferred: Experience with eCommerce, SaaS , or D2C brands in the U.S. market; working knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools . Why Join Us?
