Staff Data Scientist Product Manager

You will be part of the Data Science team at Google, providing quantitative support and strategic insights to partners across the organization. As a Data Scientist, you will leverage your analytical skills to help partners make data-driven decisions and drive business outcomes. Your role will involve designing and implementing analysis tools, ensuring data integrity, generating insights, and presenting findings to leaders. - Design and implement automated and standardized analysis tools such as dashboards to empower business stakeholders in identifying opportunities and making informed decisions. - Scrutinize and validate data integrity throughout the collection process, perform data profiling to identify anomalies, investigate root causes of business problems, and provide solutions. - Produce insights and metrics for technical and business stakeholders, following engineering best practices to create scalable data pipelines and models. - Deliver presentations of findings and recommendations to leadership at various levels, using visual displays of quantitative information. - Engage and influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners, obtain buy-in for potential solutions, and adapt messaging and recommendations accordingly. - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL) (or 8 years of experience with a Master's degree). - 3 years of experience as a people manager within a technical leadership role. - Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field is preferred. - Experience in using analytics to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for at least 12 years. - 4 years of experience as a people manager within a technical leadership role is preferred.,
