You will be the Implementing Project Officer for interventions at a major multi-national company, focusing on establishing sustainable training systems in the supply chain. This involves developing a specialized cadre of health volunteers at each facility, who will receive certification from St. Johns Medical College after completing a series of trainings. Your goal is to bring about a comprehensive transformation in awareness, practices, and access related to women's health and mental wellbeing within the multi-national company's supply chain. Key Objectives: 1. Establish a group of trained health volunteers within the company's supply chain in India. 2. Enhance knowledge and practices related to women's health among factory employees. 3. Improve knowledge, practices, and health-seeking behavior concerning mental health among employees at the supply chain factories in South India. Requirements: - Medical Doctor (MD) in Community Medicine or Master of Public Health (MPH) preferred - Proficiency in Tamil and/or Telugu languages - Skills in MS Excel, SPSS, and strong communication abilities - Must be willing to travel for 6-8 days per month - Freshers are encouraged to apply for this position,
