Participate in school events, workshops, and training programs to stay updated on best practices in education. Develop and implement co-curriculum activities that promote social-emotional learning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibilities Oversee IGCSE curriculum implementation and assessment coordination. Manage academic operations, including student enrollment, course planning, and scheduling. Ensure effective communication between teachers, students, and parents through regular meetings and reports. Provide administrative support to the Academic Manager as needed.

Develop lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations to ensure student learning outcomes meet school standards. Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning in English language and literature. Develop lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives. Instruct students in grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing composition, and literary analysis. Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and class participation. Provide feedback to students and communicate progress to parents and school administrators. Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment. Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events. Prepare students for standardized tests and examinations, as applicable. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance and performance.
