Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments for children with developmental, sensory, and motor challenges. Plan and implement individualized therapy interventions tailored to each child’s goals and needs. Collaborate with speech therapists, special educators, and families to ensure cohesive care. Educate and guide parents on therapy goals, home programs, and progress. Maintain proper documentation, progress notes, and periodic reports. Actively participate in clinical team discussions and contribute to overall child development planning. Maintain a child-friendly and engaging therapy environment. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT) from a recognized institution. Valid registration with relevant licensing or professional body (IOTA) Commitment to pediatric care and passion for child development. Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
