At SS Legacy Engineer Pvt Ltd, we are currently hiring an Sr. HR Executive to join our Human Resources team and be responsible for facilitating relationships with employees and business stakeholders with the aim of building a positive and engaged work environment. Minimum Requisite : Master’s degree in human resources 5-6 years of HR Management Experience Proven success working in relevant field Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations Should able to generate PF, ESI, PT, LWW chalan Attendance and Leave management Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll Manage and Records of employees attendance and leave Implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures Maintain HR records, including employee files , compensation, and benefits information Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances Develop and maintain positive relationships with government agencies and employee Required skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Application Question(s): What is your notice period duration ?
