Telecaller (Female Staff) Job Title: Telecaller (Female Only) Location: Plot No 1693, First Floor, JLPL Industrial area, Sector 82, Mohali, Punjab Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Work Schedule: Day shift, 6 days a week Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound customer queries and provide relevant information. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details. Achieve sales targets and contribute to lead generation. Handle objections, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Update CRM/customer database daily. Work closely with the sales and support team to meet organizational goals. Required Qualifications 12th/Graduate degree. Good command of spoken English and Hindi. Prior experience in telecalling/customer service/sales preferred. Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Basic computer skills and data entry.
