Role & responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labor, and vendors for smooth site operations. Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and material usage reports, and report progress to management regularly Stick to construction schedules and resolve on-site technical or labor-related issues. Monitor material deliveries, usage, and prevent wastage. Assist in measurements of work, bill verification, and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations. Preferred candidate profile Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred). 5 years of experience in site supervision Strong knowledge of construction drawings, site execution, and civil engineering practices Ability to manage labor and contractors effectively. Good communication and reporting skills.
