The Experienced Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and maintaining accurate patient records. The role also involves working closely with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and patients' families to provide comprehensive care and support. The Experienced Nurse will assist in developing patient care plans, educate patients about their health conditions, and ensure adherence to hospital policies and protocols. Qualifications Nursing and Patient Care skills Medication Administration and Monitoring skills Record Keeping and Documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams and communicate effectively Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with relevant state authority Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
