Record all financial transactions including journal entries, receipts, payments, and adjustments. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Reconcile supplier statements and process vendor bills/payments. 2. Banking and Reconciliation Prepare daily bank reconciliation statements. Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation. Monitor fund flow and coordinate with banks for transactions, LC, and other requirements. 3. Taxation and Compliance Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings on time. Assist auditors in statutory, internal, and tax audits. Maintain proper documentation for compliance and audits. 4. Reporting Prepare balance sheets, and cash flow summaries. Support management with financial analysis, variance reports, and cost tracking. Assist in budgeting and expense monitoring. 5. General Administration Maintain accounting records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and completeness of financial data. Support senior accountants and finance managers as required. Qualifications & Experience: Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) or equivalent. Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Preferred (Education Institutions Experience) Software: Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software (knowledge of SAP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks is a plus).
