Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Quality Assurance Specialist. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing quality control processes, ensuring compliance, performing quality audits, and ensuring overall quality management. The role also includes monitoring and reporting quality metrics, and working closely with other team members to resolve issues and improve processes. Qualifications Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management skills Mist have worked in atleast 1 project in P&C insurance domain Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards is a plus Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience
