Packing and Dispatching Delivery to the Dealer/customer places Keep common areas, workstations, and the entire office premises clean and organized. Ensure meeting rooms and reception areas are tidy. Collect, sort, and distribute documents and mail. Perform photocopying, scanning, and printing as needed. Assist with basic filing and data management. Serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors. Keep pantry and kitchen areas stocked and clean. Handle outgoing mail and packages. Run errands such as bank visits or purchasing office supplies. Monitor and restock office supplies like stationery. Perform minor repairs and report major issues to the relevant personnel. Assist with the opening and closing of the office.
