We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee the overall manufacturing operations of our Brass and Copper plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient plant performance, driving operational excellence, and achieving business goals through effective leadership and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day plant operations including production, maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics. Ensure adherence to operational standards, safety protocols, and company policies . Drive initiatives focused on process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement . Coordinate closely with the management and cross-functional teams to meet production and business targets. Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as necessary. Manage manpower planning, resource allocation, and team development within the plant. Preferred Candidate Profile: First Preference: Candidates with a degree in Metallurgy and prior experience in the Metal Industry (Brass/Copper preferred) . Second Preference: Professionals from other manufacturing sectors with proven experience in managing plant operations. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
