Production To adhere shift plan V/s actual in their machines. To maintain the bin card entries in their machines. To maintain 1s and 2s activities. & 5S activities To maintain run chart, tally sheet and job card. To ensue availability of rods for their shifts. To ensure tools are handled safely and correctly. Quality To control the rejection in their machines, if any deviation from the dimensions, inform to setter or supervisor, check before operation which is approved by concerned approving authorities. Maintenance During breakdown of machines, inform to supervisors or setter and follow for the machine recovery. To maintain the cutting oil filling format. To get approval for the product, while started after breakdown. Cutting tools To maintain the tool change frequency record. Any tool change, get approval from QC. To carefully monitor the product for tool wear or damages, frequently while running the product. To ensure that right tools, gaugea and fixtures etc are used for the product and unwanted items are not stores in or near the machine area. Management System Compliance Strictly adhere to AS9100D, IMS, Customer procedure, Work Instructions, Test Plan and etc., of latest version of applicable clause/elements Achieving department/functional KPI’s Carrying out Internal Audit if qualified Contributing knowledge for continual improvement Developing the sub-ordinates to improve skill level Fabrication Organizing and fabrication of material as per requirement Networking Ensuring Proper working of LAN & Telephone instruments Overall Maintenance in M/c Shop Ensuring preventive, scheduled maintenance are carried out for the proper operation of machines in M/c Shop New Machine Installation Ensuring installation of new machines including Loading/Unloading with safety measures Breakdown Recovery To ensure that Machine Shop equipment’s are immediately attended and rectified in case of breakdowns. Trainer To ensure proper training is given to sub-ordinates. 5s Daily follow-up cleaning work.
