Play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent within the real estate industry. This position focuses on developing and implementing recruitment strategies to find skilled agents, brokers, and support staff who can drive business growth. He/she build relationships with potential candidates, manage the interview process, and collaborate with hiring managers to assess and fulfill staffing needs. By leveraging their industry knowledge and networking abilities. Responsabilities - Source and identify potential real estate agents via databases, online job boards, social media, and industry events. - Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain and update detailed notes and status updates in candidate databases and tracking systems. - Develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent. - Build and maintain relationships with real estate schools and industry-related educational institutions. - Create and post job descriptions on multiple platforms to attract diverse candidates. - Collaborate with the marketing team to design recruitment materials and social media content. - Attend virtual networking events and virtual job fairs to promote the company and identify potential candidates. - Provide guidance and coaching to candidates throughout the hiring process. - Conduct reference checks and verify candidates' credentials. - Negotiate job offers and work closely to finalize employment contracts. - Analyze hiring metrics and recruitment data to refine and improve recruiting strategies. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate recruitment. - Facilitate new hire onboarding processes for a smooth transition. - Assist with developing and conducting training programs for new hires. - Work closely with management to understand current and future hiring needs. - Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to senior leadership. - Foster a positive candidate experience through clear and consistent communication. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
