Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs. Ensure design consistency with Devi’s brand identity, color palette, and tone. Translate complex medical information into easy-to-understand, visually appealing dashboards, reports, and interactive tools. Optimize designs for responsiveness and accessibility across devices. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, especially in digital health and wellness. KEY REQUIREMENTS Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking. Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
