Review and verify drawing files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards before submission. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other departments to gather necessary information and ensure file readiness. Maintain digital filing systems for easy retrieval and version control of all drawings and documents. Track submission statuses and follow up on feedback or approvals from clients or regulatory bodies. Assist in preparing project documentation and reports related to architectural drawings and file admission. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and local regulations related to architectural documentation. Provide support for other architecture-related tasks as assigned by the senior architect or project manager. Qualifications: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
