Role Description: The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and expanding the market presence of Skanda products by executing effective sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and ensuring business growth through proactive market engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement overall sales and marketing strategies to drive market growth and brand visibility for Skanda products. Execute sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify and pursue new business opportunities through systematic market research and lead generation to acquire corporate and institutional customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular visits, meetings, and professional engagement. Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and penetration strategies to ensure continuous business development. Deliver accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and timely reporting to management. Analyse business results, sales trends, and market performance on a weekly and monthly basis, recommending corrective actions where required. Activate and manage marketplace initiatives, trade promotions, and marketing campaigns at local and national levels to enhance brand development. Negotiate and monitor pricing, contracts, and trade terms to ensure competitiveness, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Review and approve promotional programs to maximize the efficiency of trade spending and strengthen brand consumption.
