Position : Sales Manager – Electric Two Wheeler Dealership Location : Sri Srinivasa Motors Showroom ( Oben Electric) Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 + Incentives Experience : Minimum 3 years (Automobile or EV preferred) Qualification : Degree,MBA Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage sales team performance Set monthly sales targets and monitor achievements Develop local marketing campaigns for showroom footfall Track customer journey from enquiry to delivery Coordinate with finance & insurance partners Report to dealer principal with performance insights Requirements : Strong leadership and team handling ability Deep knowledge of automotive/EV sales cycle CRM and digital lead management skills Local area market knowledge is a must Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Kondapur, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
