Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the general ledger, preparing financial reports, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain supporting documentation Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis Manage fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules Assist with internal and external audits Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls Support ERP system improvements and automation initiatives
