You will be working at Sri Padmalaya Rice Mill, a renowned company selling Rice and its products with a strong presence in Andhra Pradesh, primarily in Vishakhapatnam. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, your main responsibility will involve engaging potential customers, educating them about our products, and finalizing sales transactions. Additionally, you will be required to gather feedback from existing customers and submit reports at least twice a month. Your role will extend to devising and executing marketing strategies, nurturing customer connections, and providing guidance to junior sales team members. Daily activities will encompass client communication, addressing customer queries, and collaborating with the marketing department to boost market visibility. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in Telugu, English, and Hindi languages. Strong communication skills, exceptional customer service capabilities, and a knack for sales and marketing are essential. Prior experience in formulating training programs and sales tactics is advantageous. Moreover, your ability to work autonomously, effectively manage time, and hold a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be beneficial.
