Job Title: HR Payroll Executive Department: Human Resources Location: Mangadu, Chennai Reports To: HR Manager Job Summary: The HR Payroll Executive is responsible for managing the payroll process and ensuring accurate, timely compensation to employees in compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies. This role involves collaboration with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure efficient payroll administration, benefits processing, and employee record management. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Processing: Prepare and process monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy in salary, deductions, bonuses, overtime, and leaves. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.). Review and validate attendance, timesheets, and leave data from HR systems. Compliance & Reporting: Prepare and file statutory returns (e.g., PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax) on time. Generate and submit payroll reports to management and finance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws. Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain and update employee information in HR/payroll systems. Prepare salary slips, employment verification letters, and other payroll-related documentation. Audit & Reconciliation: Conduct monthly and annual payroll reconciliations with finance. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll data and documentation. Employee Support: Address employee queries related to payroll, tax deductions, and salary components. Assist in onboarding and exit formalities, including final settlements. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of payroll processes and labor laws Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP, Tally, Zoho People, etc.) Advanced MS Excel skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any similar degree 2–5 years of experience in payroll processing or HR operations For interview schedule contact / whatsapp resume to bharathwajr093@gmail.com / 9840154988 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
