The ideal candidate will be a friendly and enthusiastic individual with a passion for fashion and a drive to achieve sales targets. Your primary goal will be to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by offering personalized assistance, providing expert product knowledge, and maintaining an attractive and organized showroom. Key Responsibilities · Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, understand their needs, provide product information and recommendations, and achieve sales goals. Process transactions accurately. · Showroom and Inventory Management: Keep the sales floor clean and organized, including stocking and displays. Assist with inventory tasks such as receiving shipments and monitoring stock levels. Ensure items are correctly tagged and priced. · Brand Promotion: Stay updated on trends and promotions. Inform customers about offers and represent the brand professionally. · Communication and Collaboration: Handle customer inquiries and complaints. Work with the team and provide customer feedback to management. Qualifications and Skills · High school diploma or equivalent is required; retail experience is a plus. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Knowledge of fashion and trends. · Basic math skills and ability to use a POS system. · Ability to work in a retail environment, including standing for long periods and flexible scheduling.
