Role & responsibilities Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. Ensure optimal utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment. Monitor production output and adjust resources to meet targets. Oversee mold preparation, melting, pouring, and finishing operations. Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.Monitor and manage raw material, tools, and consumables inventory. Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair schedules for foundry equipment.Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management.
