The Welding Production Supervisor/Engineer will be responsible for overseeing welding operations, developing and implementing welding procedures, managing welding projects, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include supervising welding staff, conducting inspections, providing technical support, and collaborating with other departments to meet production goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding Strong knowledge of welding materials Experience in managing welding projects and teams Ability to develop and implement welding procedures Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is preferred
