Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Chennai. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating marketing activities to promote Sri Decors services. The role also includes conducting market research, providing customer support, and assisting in training and managing sales processes to ensure business growth. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management Ability to provide Training and offer sales guidance Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in sales or marketing within the interior design or related industry is an advantage
