About the Role: We are looking for an experienced SEO & Content Operations Specialist to manage our digital content strategy across YouTube, Meta, and other platforms. The candidate should be fluent in Telugu and English, understand the Telugu movie industry, and have experience in SEO, content uploading, and coordinating with editors and upload teams. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement SEO strategies to improve reach and ranking across platforms. Upload and manage content across YouTube, Meta, and other digital platforms. Oversee and coordinate daily content operations, including supervising editors and upload schedules. Optimize YouTube titles, tags, thumbnails, and metadata for better discoverability. Monitor performance analytics and generate reports with actionable insights. Conduct keyword research and content optimization in both Telugu and English. Stay updated on trends in SEO, social media, and the Telugu film industry. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, content management, or digital marketing. Strong understanding of YouTube, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and digital content workflows. Proficiency in Telugu and English (both written and verbal). Basic understanding of the Telugu film and entertainment industry. Good leadership and coordination skills to manage editors and upload operations. Analytical mindset with familiarity in tools like Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.
