Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital operations efficiently across multiple platforms, including website updates, order processing, social media activity, and billing systems. This role requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Website Management:Regularly update product listings, banners, and content on the website; troubleshoot minor website issues or coordinate with developers for technical support. Order Management:Process and track customer orders, manage order entries, coordinate with logistics, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Social Media Handling:Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), post regular updates, respond to messages/comments, and assist in basic content planning. Billing & Invoicing:Generate bills and invoices for customer orders, maintain accurate billing records, and assist with basic accounting data entry if required. Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), email platforms, and data entry software. Basic understanding of website back-end (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, etc.) Familiarity with social media platforms and posting tools. Good communication and organizational skills. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus. Job Types: Full-time, Freelance Contract length: 24 months Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
