🚨 We’re Hiring: Process Manager – Paper Machine 🚨 Sri Andal Paper Mill is looking for an experienced Process Manager (Paper Machine) to lead operations and optimization of our paper machine lines. 📍 Location: Sri Andal Paper Mills, Erode, Tamil Nadu 🏭 Department: Production / Operations 🔹 Role Overview The Process Manager will oversee the complete operations of the paper machine—ensuring high-quality paper grades, optimized production, reduced downtime, and sustainable operations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead and monitor daily machine operations (OCC-based liners, specialty papers). ✅ Optimize processes for higher efficiency, lower energy/water usage, and better yield. ✅ Drive cost reduction, waste minimization, and fiber recovery initiatives. ✅ Mentor and train shift in-charges, operators, and technical staff. ✅ Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and EHS protocols. ✅ Contribute to sustainability goals, including carbon reduction and water reuse. 🔹 Qualifications 🎓 Bachelor’s in Pulp & Paper Tech / Chemical / Mechanical Engineering 📈 15 + years’ experience in paper manufacturing. 🧾 Strong expertise in multilayer kraft machines, shoe press, film sizer, and hydraulic headbox preferred ⚙️ Experience with automation systems (DCS/QCS) 🌱 Exposure to sustainability practices and modern energy-efficient processes 🔹 KPIs 📊 Machine efficiency & uptime 📊 Steam/electricity consumption per ton 📊 Quality consistency & defect reduction 📊 Finishing loss optimization 📊 Safety & sustainability metrics 👉 If you’re passionate about paper manufacturing and want to play a key role in driving efficiency, quality, and sustainability—we’d love to hear from you! 📩 Interested candidates can share their CV at hr@sriandalpapermills.com #Hiring #PaperIndustry #ProcessManager #Sustainability #OperationsExcellence #Manufacturing
