Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise compliance to all cGMP, GxP or any other regulatory requirements including EH&S requirements.
Development of economically efficient process from R&D lab scale to plant scale by understanding the process in details with concerned scientists and by taking the lab batch demonstration at R&D.
Equipment selection as per the process and arranging system with the help of Project/Engineering team as per product requirement.
Preparation of Batch / capacity planning as per required quantity of the Intermediate / API.
Prepare/review of Equipment equivalency and feasibility. Preparation of technical data, preparation, review and approving PFD and Preparation of P&ID as per the process and provide it to plant. Sharing the process details as & when required process training of all the stages to the plant personnel before starting the batch.
To attend / arrange HAZOP & Job safety analysis is being carried out before starting new product or any process change.
Plan mock trails as per requirement before Startup. Providing/ensuring safety gadgets are available as per HAZOP Recommendation and to Ensure no leakage in the system/Lines to avoid incidents/accidents.
Preparation of Exhibit campaign report after completion of the campaign and Provide utility costing /RM usage ratio to accounts department whenever required.
. Reviewing & approval of other cGMP documents as per functional requirement.
Co-ordinating with PD Lab / R&D for experiments design for resolving the scale-up issue.
