Position: Maintenance Executive Location: Coimbatore Type: Full-time | On-site (Shop Floor Role) CTC Range: ₹2.25 LPA – ₹3.50 LPA Role Description We are hiring a Maintenance Executive for our machine shop in Coimbatore. This is a shop-floor level role focused on ensuring uptime and reliability of CNC, VMC, VTL, and HMC machines. You will be directly involved in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, breakdown repairs, and general upkeep of machines. You will also handle routine electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance, coordinate with vendors for spares and specialized repairs, and maintain basic records as per IATF documentation norms. Key Responsibilities • Perform predictive, preventive and breakdown maintenance on CNC/VMC/VTL/HMC machines, and other machines. • Carry out routine checks and maintain equipment in optimal working condition • Maintain maintenance logs and records as per IATF 16949 standards (training will be provided if needed) • Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and repair services • Ensure adherence to safety protocols on the shop floor Qualifications & Requirements Education: Diploma or B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) Experience: 0–5 years in a manufacturing/engineering setup Mandatory: Experience in CNC, VMC, VTL, or HMC machines for non-freshers Freshers with a strong practical mindset can also apply Technical Skills: Good understanding of electrical circuits, motors, panels, and basic PLC logic Working knowledge of mechanical drive systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics Plus: Exposure to IATF/ISO documentation Experience with maintenance management systems Soft Skills Practical problem-solving attitude Ability to work under pressure and during unplanned breakdowns Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills Working knowledge of Tamil is preferred, as it helps in dealing with third-party vendors and local technicians
CNC OPERATOR VMC and HMC operators
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CNC Programmer to join our machine shop with a focus on CNC, HMC, VMC, and VTL machines. The ideal candidate will possess 10-15 years of experience in programming and operating CNC machines. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs based on customer specifications and blueprints. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in setting up machines, troubleshooting performance issues, and ensuring parts meet engineering tolerances and specifications. Your responsibilities will include developing and optimizing CNC programs, setting up machines (HMC, VMC, VTL) with fixturing, tooling, and calibration, troubleshooting and optimizing machine performance, inspecting parts for quality assurance, improving programming techniques, documenting processes, collaborating with engineering for continuous improvement, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards. The successful candidate should hold a DME/BE degree in Mechanical Engineering and have a solid background in CNC programming with proficiency in G-code, M-code, and CAM software such as Mastercam and Siemens NX.
