Attend pipeline leak complaints within 24 hours and support other technicians during major issues, including copper piping works in kitchens and domestic installations. Respond to emergency calls during holidays/off-hours and resolve issues as soon as possible. Carry out AMC visits, submit service reports and checklists to the client, and obtain acknowledgment. Use service call reports for every job and hand over the customer copy to the client after completion. Raise spot invoices, collect payment from the client immediately, and update records. Contact pending service clients before visiting, collect necessary details, carry required tools and materials, and complete the work efficiently. Collect required materials from the store every morning before 9:30 am. Tally material stock once in 2 days and maintain stock within the limit granted to you. Maintain safety standards and follow company guidelines during all site work. Coordinate with the office team for job status, material requirements, and client communication. Maintain professional behavior, clear communication, and a polite attitude with clients at all times.
